Shipping & Return Policy
Any of our standard in-stock ready to ship apparel will be shipped withing 2 to 3 business days. We reserve the right to cancel an order or extend shipping period if an emergency occurs or other acts of god that prevent us from keeping our standard policy.
We allow returns up to 20 calendar days from time of purchase. This policy ONLY applies to stocked ready to ship items purchased on-line or in our store. We do NOT allow returns on head-wear, shoes or underwear. We do require that you call us to get an RA# before sending your item back to us. It is important that you write your RA# on the outside of the package. We reserve the right to deny the return items(s) for the following reasons:
- Your item has signs of any wear including but not limited to, glitter or (cosmetic) stains, smell of perfume, cologne or body smell.
If you have made a mistake with sizing on a in-stock ready to ship apparel item, and would like to exchange your item, we will do that for you, however, you would be responsible for shipping the item back to us at your expense. We will then re-ship the item to you also at your expense. Only one exchange per customer allowed.
Our policy for WHOLESALE and CLIENT ACCESS items purchased on-line through the CLIENT ACCESS tab are as follows: NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES on custom printed WHOLESALE or CLIENT ACCESS store items.
